How ordering works on cialiscomprar.com
Please read first. In Spain, prescription-only medicines may not be sold online, and customs can hold a parcel that contains them. We do not check prescriptions: talk to your doctor before you order.
You don't need an account to order, and the whole thing takes a few minutes. This page walks you through each step as it works today: what we ask for, how you pay and what happens next. Delivery times and the rules on reshipping and refunds have pages of their own, so here you only get the essentials.
Step by step
- Pick the product and pack size. Each product page has a price table listing the strengths and pack sizes on offer. Click the buy button on the row you want.
- Check your basket. You can change quantities or remove items, and the basket shows the full amount before you commit to anything.
- Enter your delivery details: full name, your complete Spanish address, an email address and a phone number, which the form requires. Spanish addresses usually include the floor and door after the street number (for example “3º B”), so put those in if your building has them.
- Choose delivery and payment, then confirm. The payment page offers two delivery options: “Correo regular (8–13 días)” (standard post, 8 to 13 days) for €13.99 and “Entrega exprés (4–7 días)” (express, 4 to 7 days) for €25.99. Express is selected by default, so switch it before you pay if you would rather use standard post. You can also add optional shipping insurance for €3.95. Confirming the order means you accept the shop's terms.
- Watch your inbox. First you get an order confirmation. When the parcel leaves, a second email brings the tracking number.
Write the address exactly as it appears on your letterbox. A missing floor or door letter is enough for a parcel to come back, and a second delivery in that case is not free (see the refund policy).
Ways to pay

If your card is from another scheme, the payment page will tell you whether it is accepted. If a card payment fails, check the number, expiry date and security code; if it still won't go through, you can pay by bank transfer instead.
The charge may show on your statement under a trading name other than cialiscomprar.com. That is expected, so please don't mistake it for an unknown payment.
After you pay
We prepare your order within 24 to 72 hours of the payment being confirmed. When it ships, we email you the tracking number so you can follow the parcel on the carrier's website.
The delivery times are the ones shown for each option on the payment page. They are estimates, and we cannot promise a particular delivery day. More details are on the delivery conditions page. If our emails don't arrive, have a look in your spam folder.
Changing or cancelling an order
Until the parcel has left, you can ask us to change the address or cancel the order. Send us a message through the contact form as soon as you can and quote your order number. Once the carrier has the parcel, we can no longer change the address or stop the delivery.
Worth knowing before you buy
- We are not a pharmacy. We don't ask for or check prescriptions and we don't give medical advice. Speak to your GP first (in Spain, your médico de familia at the local centro de salud), especially if you take nitrates for a heart condition or any other regular medicine.
- Customs can inspect any parcel and may hold one that contains prescription medicines. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla also go through a customs procedure, because those territories have their own tax system.
- We only deliver within Spain: the mainland, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Packaging is plain: nothing on the outside says what is inside.
