Shipping Policy — Delivery Conditions and Timelines

This page describes all shipping conditions applicable to orders placed at cialiscomprar.com: timelines by destination, shipping costs, packaging characteristics, dispatch process, tracking and what happens if there is a problem with delivery.

Business days: Timelines are calculated in working days — Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Timelines begin from the dispatch date, not from the order or payment date.

Shipping is included in the price of all products available at cialiscomprar.com. No additional shipping charge is added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price — no surprises at checkout.

Dispatch Process — When Your Order Ships

Orders paid by card

Card payments are confirmed in real time. Orders received and paid before 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM or at weekends/on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Orders paid by bank transfer

Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is verified in our account, which usually takes 1-2 business days from when the transfer is made. The delivery timeline starts from the dispatch date.

Dispatch confirmation email

When your order is handed to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. This email confirms your order is on its way and allows you to track it in real time.

Discreet Packaging

Discretion is an absolute priority in all our shipments. This is how your order arrives:

  • Plain neutral-coloured box or envelope — no logos, no striking colours, nothing that identifies the contents
  • No reference to cialiscomprar.com on the outside — not on the sender label, the shipping label or the tape
  • Neutral sender name — the sender name on the package does not identify any pharmacy or type of product
  • Discreet invoice — the invoice or delivery note included in the package does not show the medication name; only a generic shipment description appears
  • Discreet bank charge — the charge on your bank statement or card also does not identify the pharmacy or the type of product purchased

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email. Use it to track your shipment directly on the carrier's online portal — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tracking is usually updated every 12-24 hours during transit.

If you do not receive the tracking email within 24 hours of dispatch, check your spam folder first. If it is not there either, contact us through the contact page.

Delivery — Signature and Absence

  • Small orders: usually delivered directly to the letterbox without requiring a signature or anyone to be at home
  • Larger orders: may require a signature at the time of delivery, depending on the assigned carrier and the weight/volume of the package
  • Absence at delivery: if you are not home and the order requires a signature, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to collect the package at the nearest post office or request a new delivery at a convenient time
  • Delivery address: you can specify any Spanish address in your order — home, workplace or any other address of your choice. Make sure the address is complete and correct before confirming your order

Important: Uncollected packages may be returned to sender after the period indicated by the carrier. If this happens, contact us — we will manage the reshipment according to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

Delays and Delivery Problems

The vast majority of orders arrive within the usual timeframe. However, external factors such as postal incidents, peak demand periods or weather conditions can cause occasional delays.

  • Minor delay (1-3 additional days): normal during peak periods (Christmas, summer). Check your shipment status with your tracking number before contacting us
  • No tracking movement: if your tracking number shows no activity for more than 5 consecutive business days, contact us
  • Order not received within maximum timeframe: if the maximum timelines shown in the table above have passed without receiving your order, contact us through the contact page — we will investigate and arrange a reshipment or refund according to our Refund Policy
